Terms and Conditions

This system is provided as 'Software as a Service' (SaaS). Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive license to use the system solely to manage your company's operations. This subscription does not include the transfer of system ownership or the delivery of the Source Code, all of which remain fully owned by the developers of Saletix.

The monthly subscription fee is due via international payment gateways (Paddle), direct transfer, or any other payment method agreed upon between the parties (such as bank transfer, PayPal, or through a written contract). If payment is delayed for more than seven (7) days, Saletix reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the Workspace until all outstanding payments are settled.

The system relies on GPS and internet availability for field agent tracking (Geo-compliance). Saletix is not responsible for any inaccuracies resulting from weak telecom networks in certain areas or agents using malfunctioning phones. We pledge to make the utmost technical effort to ensure cloud server uptime.

Saletix commits to strict confidentiality regarding your company and client data. The system is built on a Multi-tenant architecture ensuring complete isolation of each company's data, and no data will be shared or sold to any third party.

The Company (Client) acknowledges its full legal responsibility to inform its employees (Salesmen) and obtain their consent to track their geographical locations (GPS) during working hours. Saletix is not liable for any labor or legal disputes arising between the Company and its employees resulting from the use of this system.

In the event of a permanent cessation of subscription payments, Saletix reserves the right to permanently delete the Company's workspace and associated data from the cloud servers after 30 days from the account suspension date, without any liability for data loss. The client is responsible for maintaining its own backup copies of any critical data exported from the system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saletix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or data loss arising from the use of the system. The total liability of Saletix shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the client during the last one (1) month.

While Saletix strives to maintain continuous system availability, the service may occasionally experience interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party infrastructure providers. Saletix does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The client agrees not to misuse the system, attempt to reverse engineer it, circumvent security mechanisms, or use it for illegal purposes. Violation may result in immediate suspension of the workspace.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.

Saletix shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.

Saletix reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the system after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
